Accountability - we need an Audit and Finance Committee for ongoing budget oversight.

Budget expenditures need to be critically and thoroughly analyzed, demonstrate how it relates to core services and in a format that is clear and transparent.

Seek alternate revenue such as:
•    implementation for the Community Benefits Charge
•    increase Planning fees to full cost recovery
•    increase parking fees unlike the 0% increase for 2026
